Service Description

You'd be surprised how much you can get done in an hour-long lesson! Introductory lessons always are in this timeslot, and I'll often suggest this length for lessons where we focus on a single concept or exercise in-depth. Personal Training sessions can be switched to one-hour lessons on request.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a $35 cancelation fee.
